When it comes to fitness, the proper mind set is key. The mind leads and the body follows. 


I like to think the gym environment is like a playground and fitness is how we play. We can workout and explore new ways to challenge the body to work. Also, learn how to make the body work better. We can then function better in our every-day lives. Fitness should not feel like work. fitness should feel like play and that we're treating ourself to something great. fitness making our lives easier, less painful and makes it last longer.
